Welcome to Pair2Style (“we”, “us”, “our” or the “Brand”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.pair2style.com and your purchase of products from us.
By visiting our Website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Our Brand
PAIR2STYLE creates premium, coordinated fashion pieces designed to complement sarees and occasion wear.
Our products may include:
Custom-made blouses
Matching clutches
Matching sandals or footwear
Jewellery
Coordinated accessories
Blouse + clutch sets
Blouse + clutch + sandals sets
Blouse + clutch + jewellery sets
Complete coordinated sets and other customised combinations
Our products are designed to create a cohesive, elegant look using carefully selected fabrics, colours, embellishments and accessories.
2. Made-to-Order & Custom-Made Products
Many of our products are made specifically for each customer.
Depending on the product or package selected, customisation may include:
Measurements
Blouse style
Neckline
Sleeve style
Length
Fit
Embellishment
Colour combinations
Fabric selection
Clutch design
Footwear size
Jewellery selection
Other design preferences
Because these products are created specifically for you, they may not be suitable for resale to another customer.
For this reason, made-to-order and customised products are generally not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production has commenced, except in cases covered by our Return & Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.
3. Our Fabric and Materials
All fabrics and materials used for our products are sourced, selected and supplied by PAIR2STYLE.
Customers do not need to provide their own saree, fabric or other material unless we expressly offer such an option in writing.
We select fabrics and materials based on the design, colour palette, quality and intended use of the product.
Natural fabrics, textiles, embroidery, beads, stones, sequins and other handcrafted materials may have minor variations in:
Texture
Colour
Weave
Pattern
Embroidery
Embellishment
Finish
Such variations may be inherent characteristics of the material or handcrafted production and will not necessarily be considered defects.
4. Colour & Product Appearance
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately on the Website.
However, the actual colour of a fabric or accessory may vary slightly depending on:
Screen and device settings
Lighting conditions
Photography
Fabric texture
Dye batch
Natural characteristics of the material
A minor colour or texture variation does not automatically constitute a product defect.
5. Design & Customisation
Customers may be offered different design and customisation options.
Once the customer confirms the selected design, measurements, size, colour or other specifications, production may begin.
After production begins, changes may not be possible.
If a change can be accommodated, additional charges may apply and the delivery timeline may be extended.
6. Measurements
For made-to-measure products, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when measurements are requested from the customer.
We may provide measurement instructions or guidance.
Please check your measurements carefully before submitting them.
Where an incorrect measurement is provided by the customer, the resulting fit may not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Where measurements are taken by our authorised representative or team, we will use reasonable care in recording and applying those measurements.
7. Fit of Custom Blouses
A custom-made blouse is created according to the measurements and specifications confirmed for the order.
Because individual body shapes, posture, fabric behaviour and personal fitting preferences vary, minor alterations may sometimes be required.
Where an adjustment is required because of an error on our part, we will assess the matter and provide an appropriate solution.
Where an alteration is required because of incorrect measurements supplied by the customer or a subsequent change in preference, additional alteration charges may apply.
8. Matching Sets
Our coordinated sets are designed as a complete aesthetic combination.
For example:
Blouse + Clutch
Blouse + Clutch + Sandals
Blouse + Clutch + Jewellery
The colours, fabrics, embellishments and other components may be selected to complement one another.
Minor differences between individual pieces may occur because different materials and manufacturing processes are used.
Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.
9. Jewellery
Jewellery included in a set may be handcrafted, embellished or specially selected to coordinate with the corresponding outfit.
Minor variations in stones, beads, plating, texture or finish may occur.
Where jewellery is custom-selected or specially prepared for an order, it may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once preparation or production has commenced, subject to applicable law.
10. Footwear
Where sandals or footwear form part of a customised order, customers must carefully select the required size and provide accurate information where requested.
Custom footwear is made or prepared specifically for the order.
A change of mind or preference after production may not qualify for an exchange or refund.
Where we send an incorrect size compared with the confirmed order, or where the footwear has a manufacturing defect, please contact us in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Orders
An order becomes confirmed after:
The required product and customisation details have been received;
The customer has provided the required information;
Payment has been successfully received; and
We have accepted or confirmed the order.
We may contact you for clarification before beginning production.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that the requested product cannot be produced to an appropriate standard or where there is an issue with availability, pricing, payment or other material circumstances.
12. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Customisation, additional embellishments, special requests, alterations, expedited production or other services may involve additional charges.
Any material additional charge will be communicated to the customer before it is incurred, where reasonably practicable.
13. Payment
Orders must be paid through the payment methods made available on the Website.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
An order will generally enter production only after payment has been successfully received or confirmed.
14. Production Time
Because our products are custom-made, production may take longer than standard ready-to-ship products.
The estimated production time will be communicated on the relevant product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation.
Production estimates are indicative and may vary depending on:
Customisation
Design complexity
Material availability
Embroidery
Handcrafted work
Quality-control requirements
Order volume
We will make reasonable efforts to complete your order within the communicated timeframe.
15. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the production timeline and the delivery location.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected logistics or courier partner.
Courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, public disruptions, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
16. Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend that customers inspect the package and products as soon as possible after delivery.
For premium custom orders, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video showing the sealed package and the products being removed from the package.
This can assist us in investigating claims involving transit damage, missing components or incorrect products.
17. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Website is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Pair2Style.
This includes:
Brand name
Logo
Product designs
Photographs
Videos
Graphics
Illustrations
Written content
Styling concepts
Website design
Original creative material
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use our intellectual property without our prior written permission.
18. Customer Photographs, Reviews & Testimonials
If you voluntarily provide photographs, reviews, testimonials or other content relating to your purchase, you may grant us permission to use such content for our Website, social media, advertising or other marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We will not falsely represent the nature of your feedback or testimonial.

19. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our Website accurate and current.
However, occasional typographical errors, technical errors, pricing errors, availability changes or other inaccuracies may occur.
If a material error affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Attempt to access restricted areas of the Website;
Interfere with Website security or operation;
Copy or misuse our intellectual property;
Submit fraudulent or unauthorised orders;

21. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, cancellation, return and exchange conditions apply differently from ordinary ready-made products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PAIR2STYLE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
23. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, epidemics, infrastructure failures, material shortages or other unforeseen events.
24. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and jurisdictional requirements, disputes shall be subject to the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over HYDEABAD, TELANGANA,INDIA.
