* **Modification:** We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time without prior notice.

**2. Product & Pricing**
* **Handcrafted Nature:** Our products (Juttis and Clutches) are handcrafted. As such, there may be slight variations in colour, design, or size between the actual product and the image displayed on the website.
* **Pricing:** All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.
* **Availability:** All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable, in which case a full refund will be processed.

**3. Order and Payment**
* **Order Confirmation:** An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.
* **Payment:** We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking through secure payment gateways (Razorpay). Payment must be received in full before the order is processed.

**4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds**
* **Cancellations:** Orders can be cancelled within **24 hours** of placement, provided the product has not been dispatched.
* **Returns:** We accept returns only for **damaged or incorrect items** received. Customers must notify us within **48 hours** of delivery with photographic evidence.
* **Refunds:** Refunds for eligible cancellations or returns will be processed back to the original payment method within **7-10 working days** after verification. (Detailed Refund/Returns policy is covered on a separate page.)

**5. Intellectual Property**
All content on this site, including images, logos, designs, and text, is the property of Pair to style and is protected by intellectual property laws.

**6. Limitation of Liability**
