At Pair to Style, we strive to give you the best shopping experience. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within [7 days] of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Unwashed and free from any damage or stains.

Note: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: The refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or Bank Account) within [5-7 business days].

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within [24 hours] of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
